Great post about how you are a true fiduciary to your buyer clients.  Confidentiality is one of the fiduciary duties!  My lips are so sealed I won't even give feed-back.  Not my listing, not my brokerage and what my client tells me about the listed property . . . confidential too!

Mike and Eve,  So many agents do not understand fiduciary duty.  It extends beyond marketing and selling a home .. and confidentiality extends beyond the close.  What I hear agents talking about "around the water cooler" almost always breaches their fiduciary duties.
