There are many foreign investors buying in Orlando...here are some home buying tips for foreign investors that may make buying an Orlando home easier.

1.  As a Foreign investor buying in Orlando, figure out your home buying purpose.  To invest in Orlando Real Estate for future appreciation or to utilize for yourself? To rent out long term or to rent out short term?  To invest in Orlando Property to re-sell quickly? Or simply buy an Orlando vacation home so that you may visit Disney, golf in beautiful weather or just relax in the warm Florida sun. 

Your answer will determine what areas you need to target.  To rent out short term, the Central Florida community needs to be zoned for short term rentals and those are found only in certain areas of Orlando, Davenport, Kissimmee, and south Clermont.
