Orlando Real Estate up 24%

Orlando Real Estate: Orlando home prices climbed up 24% in 2013.  Homebuyers that were sitting on the fence are now reconsidering...

Orlando foreclosures and short sales have decreased while regular normal home sales increased 42%.  Good news for the Orlando Real Estate rebounding better than another other big city in Florida.

The 4 main counties in Orlando are each increasing in housing demands, and home sales are up.

Quick Facts:

LAKE County has more than 1200 lakes.

ORANGE County is centrally located and home to the city of Orlando

SEMINOLE County is known for larger lots and more open space.

OSCEOLA County is a draw for investors and short term vacation rentals.
