We were in contact with Eve, Erika and Mike for about 4 months prior to our arrival in Orlando.  They would send us property details for us to look at and thereby help us refine our search criteria and get a feel for the market, house values etc.  This meant that one we got there we only looked at houses that we wanted to see.

What started out as two days touring around looking at houses, turned into quite a few days work for Eve and the crew, as once we found the property (new construction) Eve conducted the negotiations, beat their price to smitherines and than attended the contract signing to ensure that they did not slip in something to tie us into something we did not want.  She read every page before we signed it, argued any points she did not like and threw out the pages we did not want.

They did not just do what they had to do and let us go, they cared.  Mike, Eve and Erika continued their wonderful support by answering numerous phone calls about everything from phone and electric companies to inspections, helping us at every turn.  They made everything simple.

Since then their support has been vital to the launch of our house onto the holiday rental market.  At this stage we cannot forsee when our relationship will end due to their ongoing "being there" for us, especially as we live in England.  We would not think of buying our next home without them and have recommended them to friends, associates and anyone we come across that is looking to buy in Florida.
